We are excited to present to you The Link Up: Brotherhood Mentorship program, a comprehensive initiative under The Alumni Initiatives "The Future Leaders Program." Our program is dedicated to promoting unity and inclusivity among boys aged 10-18, with a focus on developing essential leadership skills and preparing them to become future leaders in their communities.
Program Overview:
- Objective: To empower boys to become advocates for inclusivity and positive change in their communities.
- Duration: Once a week for 7-10 weeks, with the final week being a finale event for the boys.
- Location: Partnered with St. Malachy’s School, providing a safe and conducive environment for mentorship sessions for boys aged 10-14. Currently seeking a secondary high school location to host boys aged 14-18.
- Program Content: Mentor-led discussions, workshops, and group activities focusing on themes such as empathy, diversity, and leadership.
- Outcomes: Participants will develop essential leadership skills such as communication, teamwork, and decision-making. They will be encouraged to pursue their passions and dreams, preparing them to become future leaders in their communities.
